How can we help?
Organizations register themselves on the web and start on a 30-day trial; the logins inside one are created by that organization's owner, so the apps have no sign-up of their own. Whatever you need, email is the fastest way to reach us:
- Get set up — register yourself and start the 30-day trial, or ask us to import your staff and machine lists and train your floor.
- Get support with hajari, upad, salary, production, the panel scan or the reports.
- Billing and subscriptions — rates are on the Pricing page; cancellations and refunds are covered by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Restore something deleted — you usually don't need us. A deleted record sits in Settings → Recently Deleted for 7 days and any administrator can restore it.
- Delete data or an account — see the Delete Account page for the full process.
- Privacy questions — see our Privacy Policy.
- Data grievances (India) — write to the Grievance Officer at hello@16pixel.design with "Grievance" in the subject. Acknowledged within 7 working days, resolved within 30. See Privacy Policy §12.
