The rate is ₹100 per machine per month. Pay six months at a time and it drops 25% to ₹75; pay for the year and it drops 50% to ₹50 — ₹600 per machine for twelve months. Same software either way; the discount is for paying up front.

The rates, in full
One rate per machine, three ways to pay it, 21 steps to choose from. The rate is the same on every step — a machine on the 100 step costs exactly what a machine on the 3 step costs.

Twelve months on the yearly package costs ₹600 a machine, against ₹100 × 12 = ₹1,200 paid month to month. Half the price for paying once.

What's included, and what isn't
30 days free, no card
Register your organization on the web and use Apex for 30 days without paying anything. Two things wait for a subscription: the photo behind a scanned entry isn't kept, and departments are off. When the 30 days end the app goes read-only — your records stay exactly where they are until you subscribe.
Staff scale with your machines
Every machine brings 4 staff members — workers, supervisors, designers and other roles. So 3 machines cover 12 staff, 25 machines cover 100. Staff are never billed separately.
Why the longer packages cost less
You're paying up front, so we discount it: 25% off for six months, 50% off for twelve. Nothing else changes — same app, same features, same support. It's the same rate with a different payment term.
How the steps work
Choose the step at or above your machine count: 4 machines takes the 5 step, 12 takes the 15. The smallest is 3 machines — ₹1,800 for a year — and moving up a step is a one-line change to your bill.
Same rate on every step
The ladder decides your machine count, never your rate. A machine costs ₹100 a month on the 3 step and ₹100 a month on the 100 step, so there is nothing to renegotiate as you grow.
Adding machines mid-term
Add machines whenever your floor grows. On a 6- or 12-month package you pay only for the months left in your term — on the yearly package that's ₹50 per machine per remaining month, so 3 machines with 7 months to run is ₹1,050, and they renew with everything else. On the monthly package they simply appear on your next bill.
All features, every plan
Hajari, upad, salary and bonuses, per-machine production across both shifts, the AI panel scan, machine and karigar reports, departments, operator logins and offline capture. There are no feature tiers to compare — every paying organization gets all of it.
Onboarding is free right now
You can register and start on your own for nothing. Onboarding is the optional help — we import your staff and machine lists and train your floor — at a one-time ₹2,500, never a recurring charge. It's waived for the first 100 organizations to join.
Stopping doesn't lose anything
If a subscription lapses or you cancel, the organization becomes read-only rather than being closed. Every record stays visible and nothing is deleted — start paying again and it is all still there. Deleting your data is a separate, deliberate act; see Delete Account.
Changing package
Add or remove machines as your floor changes, and move to a longer package at any renewal. See our Refund & Cancellation policy for how billing changes are handled.
